Commission: Soaked Sally the Calico Cat

This is a coloured picture with cell shading for 40 for about his Talespin OC, Sally the Calico Cat, who's standing on the dock, being soaked after she fell on the seaside in her hometown, Driftwood, and her life jacket, unfortunately, inflated. Now she's pissed off about this incident.

If comes about her, there's a lil' piece of info about her, according to the description given by the donator:

"Sally's a calico cat, who wears a white sailor collared jumpsuit with blue cuffs, with a yellow inflatable life vest, and a parachute. She also has a small life raft she can inflate, contained in a pouch under her parachute. She also wears a aviator's cap with a pair of goggles when flying, but opting for a sailor beret when on land or walking about in Driftwood. Unless she's on actual land she always wears her life vest.

Sally has the only working airplane in the community, a small seaplane she put back together from scrap and it actually performs better than intended.

She hails from a small villiage called Driftwood that is a collection of life rafts, crates and hulls of planes that had ditched in the water but not sank. She's sort of a fixture in the community as she was a recent addition who started organizing the floating town. The town is populated mostly by people who are shipwreck and airplane crash survivors, And they got trade going on trading salvage they find for supplies. The people of Driftwood love the freedom of their lifestyle, and the relatively shallow waters let them stay in spot with a few anchors."
